Juror: Walter Kendra, Professor Emeritus of Art and Gallery Director, Central Connecticut State University. Kendra holds a Master of Arts from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science, Kutztown State University with further studies at the Philadelphia Museum of arts and the Hartford Arts School. He has exhibited widely in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Virginia in individual and group shows.
He is represented by Paesaggio Fine Arts, West Hartford.
