Art Classes Registration

All classes meet for 10 weeks (unless otherwise specified)
Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first come first-served basis.

CLASS SIZE:   Children's classes are limited to 12 students.  Other limits are noted in the catalog.

CLASS CONFIRMATION:  Class confirmation is not sent to students, we will only call you if the class is full.

bulletClass payment:  Class fees cannot be prorated. The Art League requires pre-registration with payment at least 2 full weeks prior to the first class date in order to avoid class cancellation due to low enrollment. Late registrations must add a $10 late fee.  WHAL will charge an $18 processing fee for non-negotiable checks. 
bulletClass cancellations: Courses will be canceled without minimum enrollment; registered students will be notified  prior to start of class. In case instructor needs to cancel a class session, instructor will notify students and arrange make-up session. Please note: WHAL does not follow the West Hartford School calendar. 
bulletREFUND POLICY: Refunds are paid in full when a class is cancelled by the WHAL. A $20 processing fee will be charged if you withdraw before the class starts. No refunds are given after classes begin.
bulletSCHOLARSHIPS: Financial  aid is available for students (adults and young people). Please contact the office for information about scholarships.
bulletRegistration: We accept registration by fax, phone, or mail. The WHAL requires pre-registration with payment. If paying by credit card, you can fax your completed registration form in to us at (860) 313-0317. Or you can call us at (860) 521-3732. ext. 2.  Registrar hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9-1. You can also send in your registration by mail, if charging or paying by check.
